As the finale to the 2024 Summer Intensive, students will be performing at the renowned cabaret club, The Green Room 42

Founded in 2017, and located in the heart of the theatre district in YOTEL Times Square, The Green Room 42 is Broadway's newest, most spacious, and funkiest cabaret club.

 

Hailed by the New York Times as "Broadway's Off-Night Hotspot," our curated nightlife experience features your favorite Broadway stars in live performance, and a delicious menu of food and drink. The Green Room 42 opens the doors of hospitality to the nightclub stage while providing value and accessibility to the New York theatre community.
 

Past shows have featured artists such as Josh Groban, Tina Fey, Katharine McPhee, Sara Bareilles, Alice Ripley, Eva Noblezada, and over 5,000 stars and now - YOU!

• Full refunds will be automatic if a session is cancelled.

• Cancellations and refund requests must be made (7)           

    business days before the program begins.

• All refund requests must be made in writing.

• Refunds will not be given after a program has begun.

A 15% processing fee will be deducted from all refunds

Darron Hayes, Broadway Guest Artist, Storytelling Through Song

Darron Hayes is ecstatic to join the Revolutionary Youth Theatre fam! Darron most recently closed Kimberly Akimbo, where he made his Broadway Debut. Other credits include - Australian Theatre: Pharus in the Australian Premiere of Choir Boy with The National Theatre of Parramatta. Off Broadway/New York: I Can Get It for You Wholesale (Drama League Nominee), The Gospel According to Heather, Notes From Now, Love Around the Block. Regional: The Muny, Denver Center for the Performing Arts (Henry Award Nominee), Music Theatre Wichita, Asolo Repertory Theatre, New London Barn Playhouse, Two River Theatre, and JAG Productions where he premiered in the first ever All-Black Next To Normal. Lauren Celantano, Guest Artist, Dance Master Class

Lauren Celentano is a triple threat performer who is currently in the cast of MOULIN ROUGE! THE MUSICAL on Broadway! She was recently seen in the regional premiere of THE CHER SHOW at the Ogunquit Playhouse. Previous credits include the 1st National Tour of Jimmy Buffett’s ESCAPE TO MARGARITAVILLE, the 2nd National Tour of Chazz Palminteri’s A BRONX TALE, and the world premiere of NICKEL MINES . She was born and raised in Connecticut, USA, but her second home in Italy will always have a special place in her heart!

Sean P. Pallatroni, Musical Director, Conductor

Sean Pallatroni is an EMMY® Award winning composer, songwriter, music director and pianist. Sean completed his undergraduate degree in Music Composition at the Hartt School of Music, Dance, and Theatre (University of Hartford) and holds his MFA from the Tisch School's Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program, NYU. Sean has had works premier at the New York Musical Festival (NYMF) and his work Sean has had works premier at the New York Musical Festival (NYMF) and his work has won"Best Original Score" at the New York Winterfest Theatre Festival. Currently, Sean is a vocal coach and accompanist at PACE University's Musical Theatre and Commercial Dance departments, and is an arranger and music consultant for broadway performers

Marianna Vagnini Dadamo, Vocal Coach

Soprano Marianna Vagnini’s singing has taken her to many stages around the world including Italy, Germany, France, Spain and Russia. Her many operatic roles include Mimi (La Bohème), Fiordiligi (Cosi Fan Tutte), the Countess (The Marriage Of Figaro) and the title role in Suor Angelica.

Connecticut audiences have seen her as soloist with Connecticut Concert Opera, the Waterbury Chorale, the Stamford MasterSingers, the Shubert Theater, the Palace Theater and the Waterbury Symphony. Most recent roles in Connecticut were at the Palace Theater as Kate Pinkerton in Madame Butterfly, at the Warner Theatre as Carlotta in Maury Yeston’s Phantom and as Ida Strauss in Titanic. A recent recipient of the Waterbury Foundation’s Sendzimir Award, Marianna has released a new CD entitled Our Souls Take Flight – a compilation of original and newly arranged songs of inspiration by composer/arranger Frank Pisani and lyricist Bonny Gilbert Ashe, available locally and through Amazon.com. Marianna is on the Music Faculty at Waterbury Arts Magnet School.
